Hello my name is Hannah, as an Osteopath I aim to provide you with the highest quality musculoskeletal care to support your physical and physiological wellbeing whether you are dealing with long term medical issues or have a recent injury. Everyone presents with their own unique combination of symptoms, medical history and lifestyle. Understanding you as a person helps me to make a more accurate diagnosis of the causes of the pain or lack of function you may be experiencing rather than solely addressing the site of the condition. I will work with you and guide you through your treatment, rehabilitation and offer advice on maintenance exercises and stretches to do at home.
Janine Norris MOst, a fellow Osteopath may, from time to time, cover my clinics In Weymouth. Janine is an excellent therapist who enjoys treating people of all ages with all types of muscular skeletal issues. She is a paediatric specialist and Infant Feeding Coach and can offer Restore Scar Therapy too.

Principal Osteopath at HB Osteopathy, Lynch Lane.
I am the 'HB' in HB Osteopathy, Weymouth and Abshot Osteopathy, Hampshire. I set up my own practice in Hampshire in 2020 after 4 years at Stubbington Natural Health and having been the Men's 1st X1 Osteopath at Fareham Hockey Club providing pitch side and rehabilitation support. I have an excellent team of Osteopaths to support me in providing Osteopathy and Injury Management in Hampshire and I am now developing my Practice at Lynch Lane Wellbeing Centre in Weymouth.
I qualified in 2016 with a first class Master’s Degree from the European School of Osteopathy and have a particular interest in paediatric osteopathy as well as working with adults of all ages and abilities to make the very best of their physical health. As a qualified Infant Feeding Coach I can support new mums with feeding as well as pre and postnatal osteopathy. As a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner I can help to reduce symptoms caused by adhesions.
My aim is to provide you with an all round approach to your specific and individual needs.
In my spare time I love all things water sports, skiing and snowboarding, and I love walking with my Golden Retriever, Murphy.

We are able to offer face to face appointments, assess and offer hands on treatment but your safety is our first priority. We do have masks available in the clinic. please just let me know if you would prefer your practitioner to wear one whilst you are being seen..
